About This Hub

What to expect at Windsor

Our relaxed, informal sessions are designed to help you understand and manage your symptoms. You can simply attend, listen and learn, or join the conversation when you feel ready. There is no pressure to commit to anything.

Welcome to your Windsor hub

If you've found your way to this page, chances are something about menopause,  perimenopause or post menopause has been on your mind. Maybe it's a symptom you can't quite explain, a sense that something's shifted, or just a feeling that you'd like to talk to people who understand. Whatever brought you here, you're welcome.

Our Windsor hub meets at The Old Court on St Leonard's Road, a lovely and easy-to-find spot right in the heart of town. It's a space we've chosen because it feels comfortable and unhurried, the kind of place where a conversation can happen naturally, over a cup of tea, without anyone watching the clock.

This hub is built around regular in-person meet-ups, where local women come together to share what they're going through, swap what's worked for them, and simply be around others who get it. There's no need to have it all figured out before you arrive, and no expectation that you'll know the "right" way to talk about menopause. Some sessions might centre on a particular topic, others are simply open conversation. Either way, the point is connection: knowing you're not navigating this on your own.

Menopause looks different for everyone. Some women want to compare notes on symptoms, others want reassurance, and some just want an hour away from explaining themselves to people who don't quite understand. Whatever you're looking for, there's space for it here.

Our Windsor hub is hosted by Dr Muninder Walia, a GP with over a decade of experience who has worked across Slough, Windsor and the surrounding area since 2014. Menopause and women's health are a particular focus of hers, and she brings a warm, evidence-based approach to supporting women through this stage of life — so you'll have not just a room full of people who understand, but a knowledgeable voice on hand too.

If you've never been to a hub meet-up before, that first step can feel like the biggest one. It doesn't need to be. Come along, take a seat, and see how it feels. You can listen as much or as little as you like.

We'd love to see you at The Old Court, Windsor.

Thank you Samina for attending and we are planning to do another meeting in September and i will let you know the date. Thank you for the online/hybrid idea we will review this. Can you clarify your comment on "Deliver in the community speaks to Slough CVS" I am not sure what you mean. Kind regards Aileen
